\nI created a separate Wiki site for my school. These pages on this site are for us to keep up with what each of us are doing. The teachers at James and my school are members of the other Wiki. \nHowever, I think we should meet in person at least once a month. I think we can discuss many issues here but it will be necessary to have some meetings to have some deadlines.

\nI uploaded several documents in the files section of this Wiki. I think they may answer some of the questions in this discussion. Ignore the one titled `(PD)3 LS schedule' that was the wrong file. But only Kim can delete it.

\nOne of the files titled `Blake's plan spring 2010 reflects my recent conversation with Blake about what we'd like to do up to the days of our first workshop. Take a look. He gave me a list of what he would like you all to start doing and giving to him in the Wiki. Kim created different pages for each team.
\nWe also talked about how the first workshop could look like. Take a look. He is going to talk about how to do observations and how a post lesson discussion should go.

\nThe other documents are Blake's list of steps to do. It is titled `Blake's Main LS points 2010'
\nI also updated my (more detailed ) list of objectives (with suggested dates for meetings\/ due dates) It is titled `BLT LS schedule'

\nWhat Kim has suggested seems reasonable to me. Clearly each team will be discussing things which might not all be relevant for the other teams. So, it makes sense if each team wants to create its own Wiki separate from this one. But I think there is still the question that Jaime raises. The non-BLT members of each team may want to be able to follow in some of the discussions going on in this main Wiki.
